I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but as a part of my nutrition class it helps to pass.

Tiff - I am so happy for you! I'm not completely sure what I am happy about here but that is so great. So does this mean as food safety certified you would be able to cut a piece of steak for me in a way that I will not choke?
That's funny! I would totally have to agree with Katie.
Food safety certified basically is that I know safe practices, i.e. temps and times for certain foods and safe procedures, in order to reduce food-borne illnesses. And no, I am not so good at cutting a steak. You'll have to do that.
